Today I am here with one of my favourite food recipes. Today I will share my first learned cooking recipe which I prepared more than 12 years ago. The kids of our house love this crispy chicken fry very much also me. So without farther late I am going to start sharing my recipe and I hope you will like this. Let's starts,

Name of Item : Crispy Chicken Fry
Key Ingredients | Amount |

Egg | 1 egg |
Chicken | 1 kg |
Salt | a pinch of salt |
White flour | 1 cup |
Onion pest | 1tablespoon |
Garlic pest | 1tablespoon |
Ginger pest | 1 tablespoon |
Soya souce | 2tablespoon |
Limon | 1slice |
Pipper | as required |
Cornflour | 1/3 cup |
Oil | 1 cup |
Making Process
Step- I
Take the chicken and cut it into pieces then clean it with water. Here I cut the chicken into large pieces, if you like to eat small pieces you can cut it small size.
Step- II
Then I add spices for marinating the chicken. I drop 1tablespoon garlic, ginger, onion pest in this step. I also add salt, pipper and soya souce in this step.
Step- III
In the third step, I add lemon. Here I use a slice of lemon because the amount of chicken is less.
Mix the chicken pieces and let it be marinated for atleast 2 hours.
After some hours, I add white flour in the marinated chicken. Here I use 1 cup of white flour.
Now, its time to add eggs in the mixture. and mix it properly. Here I am presenting two photos of this.
I forgot to add cornflour , in this step I add 1/3 cup of corn flour and again mix it properly.
Now, take a fry pan and let it hit for a while. Then pour the oil on the pan. Hit it at a low flame. After 3-5 minutes, place the chicken pieces on the hot pan.
Fry the chicken pieces for 8-10 minutes at low flame. And power off the stove when the colour of chicken become brown. Serve the fyies hot. Hope you liked my chicken fry.
