Chop coriander leaves
Garam masala powder
Black pepper powder
Ginger and garlic paste

First I washed the fish pieces well and boiled them with salt, turmeric, and a little water. Then I washed some small potatoes and boiled them.
Then, along with boiled potatoes and boiled fish, cut onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves, and mix all the powdered spices and salt well.
We made small balls from the kneaded fish dough and made them in the form of cutlets with the help of two palms. Then heat oil in a frypan and fry. After frying it is time to eat. Can be served hot or cold with tomato sauce or chutney.
