Ingredients
Rice
Carrot
Green beans
Salt
Seasoning cubes
Curry powder
Groundnut oil
Crayfish
Onions
Fresh pepper
Protein( You can use beef, Chicken or fish)
Procedures for cooking
Wash the rice and put it in a clean sieve to drain the water.
Wash and slice the carrot and green beans.
Add water to the cooking pot and parboil the rice.
After parboiling the rice, wash it and put it in a clean sieve to drain the water.
Wash and put the meat in a pot.
Add ingredients like salt, seasoning cubes, onions and thyme to the meat while cooking it inorder to give it a taste.
Do not add water while steaming the meat.
After a while, add water to the meat.
Allow it to boil.
After getting the meat stock, add enough water to cook the rice to the pot.
Add seasoning cubes, salt, onions grinded pepper and crayfish to the pot.
Allow the stock to boil.
When the water boils, add the rice to the pot and allow it to cook for a while.
Turn off the heat when the rice is tender. Do not allow it to get soggy.
To another pot, add groundnut oil and heat it up.
Add the sliced carrot and green beans
Add a little salt and seasoning cubes to it.
Stir and cook it for a while.
Add the vegetables to the cooked rice and stir.
Make sure the vegetables is evenly distributed.
Do the stirring on a low heat so that the rice won't go bad easily.
Your delicious fried rice is ready!!!
