How are you all, I hope you are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. First of all I want to thank steemkidss for organizing such a nice contest like last time. I can use my creativity in foot competition. Today I am participating in this competition. So let's start.
Patisapata pitha
Today I will make patisapta pitha to participate in this contest. As this pitha is made with milk, this pitha has a lot of nutrients and vitamins. Which is very beneficial for our body. Hope you all will like it inshallah. Everything I need to make Patisapata Pitha.
Necessary materials:

Rice powder | two cups |
Sugar | 1 kg |
Milk | one and a half kg |
Salt | in moderation |
prepared method
First I will make pitha pur. To make pur, first put milk in a pan and put it on the stove till it thickens.
Now when the milk becomes thick, I will add enough sugar to it and I will make a little caramel with sugar for color. I will mix four tablespoons of rice powder in water and keep mixing it in the middle of the milk. This will increase the density of the puree. Now take it off the stove and cool the puree.
On the other hand, I will prepare pitha kai in a bowl. To make pithar kai, mix rice powder, flour, salt as much as needed, and water. The kai will be a little thin.
Now put a pot in the oven and wipe it with a tissue paper with a little oil. When the pot is hot, I will roll it with kai.
I will serve it now. My recipe for today is Patisapata Pitha.

This pitha is very soft, looks very attractive and tastes very good. I love to eat this patisapta pita. So this was my presentation today.
