We human born and grow up in a family so we can consider that family is one of the source behind our existance. An infant can't decide a family before born and its a decision of Almighty. As we had no hand on our birth and choosing our own family so we don't deserve to be neglect in our family. Many parents give birth randomly and they don't have concern that how they will grow them up and just act careless but does a newborn deserve such family where there it will be neglect and it will grow up like other animals instead human being.
If a family or parents can't afford providing at least basic needs of a child then better they don't plan any child. Being a human means having responsibilities and when parents and family can't afford being responsible then better they don't plat with a life by bringing it in this earth and neglect when it need to have all the basic needs like food, accomodation, education, medical treatment and overall secured life.
👉What does neglect of responsibilities mean in a family🙇?
Well, neglecting of responsibilities affect the life of all family members. If a father of family is irresposible and can't give enough support to the family, it will be broken sooner or later. A responsible father always provide the necessary things to the family and it is not only about financial support but also moral supports that a family and kids need.
A responsible mother also take care of her kids and never compare her kids with others because an well educated mother knows how to take care of mental health of kids and a kid feels insecure, jealous and untrustworthy when they are compared with other kids or other siblings. Elders of family have their own responsibilities and when they neglect it, the family start suffering big troubles.

Bitter but truth that I was a neglected kids and sometimes I saw my parents regreting on having me. I was neglected a lot and compared to other siblings because I was different and my parents neglected me most of the time. When they get themselves wrong and they did injustice to me, it was late. I made them proud many times even they neglect me at the beginning of my life as a extra child.
They gave birth to me with the expectation of a male child but I was female and later they realize that male or female a child can be a matter of blessing and proud. I saved their money many times in my life, sacrifice and compromise things for siblings and at the end I was empty but at least have zero regret that I was useful instead useless as they treated me half of my childhood.
It definitely affect my brain and I was bullied by other people because they knew I was neglected by my own family. With the time and proper education Almighty helped me surviving somehow and I'm paying back as much they were invested on me or more. I wish all the kids in this earth get educated, mature and responsible parents in their life.
👉Your advice to parents who neglect their responsibilities towards their kids.
My advice can't change such irresponsible parents who never can realize what they are doing to their kids. But still I believe parents need to have proper education on ideal parenting before having kids and should save money to secure the future of a child. Parents should ensure a good quality of education, food, accomodation and medical treatment.
If as a parent you are expecting responsible children then become responsible parents or else skip the plan of having kids because you have no right to spoil a life and make a life nip in buds. A proper education on parenting is required. As you sow today so you reap tomorrow so make sure you are going to be responsible parent before giving birth of a child.
👉Your advice to the kids who are neglected
As a neglected kid my advice to others focus on study and try to make a better world in your imagination where there you are loved and appreciated for doing good things. Create a world of imagination where there will be none to scold you for being yourself and different, no one will abuse you for being different. This will help until you complete your study and become capable to earn your own money and spend it your own.
If you perform well in studies then one day your parents will realize that they gave birth a gem and they shouldn't neglect you as they did in the past. It would be late but still your success that you made them realize that you are a good child even when you were out of luck having good parents.
