First, I finely cut all the vegetables: spinach, eggplant, radish, carrot, green chili, and onion. Everything was finely washed and cleaned.
Then I took a pan, put all the vegetables in it, added onion, green chilies, salt, turmeric, dry chili, ginger, garlic, and dhunajira oil, and mixed everything well.
Then I put it in a pan and put it on the stove.
After five minutes, I will clean the fish well, add it to the vegetables, and cook it on high heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
When the water reduces, I will check if the salt is okay, and if the salt is OK, then add more.
For five minutes, I will cook on high heat, and if the salts are acceptable and the vegetables completely absorb the water, I will turn off the stove and take it off.
This vegetable can now be served hot.
