Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are well, and I am also well, and that's why I have prepared to participate today in the various contests. I like these types of contests very much, and I am very interested in these contests because here again I have to talk about healthy food habits, which is a very favorite topic of mine.

Today I prepared to participate in this contest without delay. I wake up in the morning, then I boil three eggs in the morning, and we eat the boiled eggs. Then we wait for some time and do some work.

And some light housework is done, then I prepare breakfast this morning I made bread, which you can see and with it, we finished breakfast with dal, then I prepared for lunch today I cooked hilsa fish with gourd Did you all know that gourd is a very nutritious food and that it is very useful to maintain water levels in the body?

Also, any recipe with this gourd is good enough to keep the body cool Also, today I have cooked hilsa fish. There is plenty of phosphorous and iron in it, which is very beneficial for our body and hilsa fish is very tasty

So today I made a recipe with hilsa fish and gourd using very mild masala, and with this, I completed my lunch. Also, at noon, I kept cucumber. Cucumber is very useful for any person, be it a baby or old person. Cucumber helps in the digestion of food, and also, cucumber is a very good food for the body. We finished our lunch and afternoon, waited for a little while, then went out for an afternoon walk,

and then went after a walk. Today I saw Chita Pitha being made on the roadside. During the winter, its picture is seen everywhere. So today we ate some Chita Pitha, and then we walked for a while and came home. After coming home today, I gave my son nuts. I also ate almonds.

You must know that almonds are rich in vitamins, and we should include almonds in our daily diet. Then I made a glass of Rooh Afza. This rooh afza is very beneficial for the body; it keeps the body cool and has various nutrients, so I keep it in my house and try to feed my son for dinner. I keep something light, and after that, I prepare for sleep so I have healthy eating habits. I spend my whole day, and I try to follow some healthy rules every day so that my body and my healthy habits keep me within positive boundaries.
