Hello, and welcome to my blog, it's nice to participate in the cooking contest once again.

In life we have different people with different likes and wants some people will say I love my noodles to be Cook with water on them, while others will say I need mine dry, we have different choices and as a businesswoman, I need to respect the choice of my customer today I decided to make masa with noodles and I did, it testing yummy it's simple and the process is just few

Those are the ingredients I used in making Masa noodles

- noodles - egg - carrots - green - beans - pepper - onions - Maggie and oil

Noodles are carbohydrates and are very good for the body it's fast to cook it has vitamin and protein level in our body, noodle save people from Hunger some cooking can take 3 hours while in just 5 minutes it can be done with noodles

Egg is very good for children's growth; they has vitamin it has protein for people at old age are advised to eat egg as they grow older egg help in developing your bones and so much work related to your well-being which is why cooking noodles that have low nutrient with egg is very important for the health of your system

Carrots green beans purple onions are supplements that add up to the nutrients and vitamin levels in the food you are eating because they are all healthy for the body they help in digestion

Step one I get my noodles place them in a bowl break them into pieces I add hot water and the noodles Maggi, then cover it for 1 minute then I take it out from the water, keep aside

I wash and slice all the ingredients together carrot green beans peppers onions then I keep it aside

I add all the ingredients to the noodles I mix it properly with the egg and one Maggi it depends on the size of the noodles you are making, so I'm using one Maggi to mix it after that I placed my frying pan on fire I add a little oil to the frying pan then I put the mixed noodles into the oil I allow it to stay for 1 minutes on a low fire because it can get burned

After it's fried for a while I turn the other side for it to fry or dry up, it looks just like Masa it's called wyana with Hausa it has the same process but with a different source

it's ready me and my baby we enjoy the evening with the masa noodles, noodles as fast food is affordable and it can save the day for those with kids at home.
