The Diary game: Banana Porridge.

Hello, dear friends and family welcome to another edition of a delicacy, there are always new steps in tasty food, today, I will be presenting you with raw banana porridge just follow the steps and you will arrive at the same results as mine,

Banana is one of the nutritional value that you can find, they can be consumed when it ripe and they can be cooked in different form when it's raw today I will be making a porridge with a raw banana it has vitamin carbohydrate named it, is rich in the body, people of all age can benefit from banana because of its nutritional value banana also regulate our blood pressure and immune system in the body,

it can be blended with other fruits and taken as juice it's very simple and it helps digestion it boasts our eating habits banana is very good for the body.

**Those are my ingredients:

  • banana
  • fish
  • Maggie
  • red oil
  • long pepper
  • onions
  • yellow pepper
  • tomato
  • carrots and green beans

the ingredients that I will be using are nutritional, people with hepatitis diabetes enjoy this porridge because it has low fat**

Here I caught the banana from it steam peeled, washed, and then cut it into a round shape

I placed the pot on fire and put some red oil when it was hot I put the ground pepper and sliced tomatoes along with onions and fish, I fried it a little and then I added Maggie and fried more for about 2 minutes

I add the water to the ingredients cover it for 3 minutes allow it to boil so that the ingredients can mix and give me the taste I'm expecting, after boil I add the banana mix properly, then cover it to boil for about 10 minutes because it need to boil and become soft

After it boils for some time I add ugwuleaf carrots and green beans those are just additional 4 nutrients just about one minute we are done

The porridge is ready at your service just give it a try and you will not regret it, it tastes delicious just like yam and is subtitled for those who have a problem with yam.
