The time I have doing verifications one of the most common problems is getting profiles that do not have their profile photo added. Some have told me that they have a problem. When accessing settings they cannot find the options to upload their photo.
I was digging and thinking that this problem is in the login.
When you log in, a "Keep me logged in" option appears

La solución:
Al acceder a nuestra cuenta debemos seleccionar el pequeño recuadro que dice "Mantenerme logeado"
De esta forma podemos acceder a configuraciones.

De esta forma ya podemos agregar o cambiar nuestra foto de perfil.
