Contest announcements

The topic for this weeks colour contest is the CORNFLOWER FLOWERS colour. It's a unique and beautiful colour indeed.

Delphinium parishii

I took these pictures one day on my evening walk. These pretty flowers caught my attention because of their unique colour. These were growing between the water pipes on the side of the road. They are known as Delphinium parishii and are commonly known as the desert larkspur as i read on the internet after i google searched it.

Iris confusa

Iris confusa also known as the butterfly flower. It's an ornamental flower . I found this outside someone's yard . It looked beautiful. I love it's delicate shape.

Desert larkspur

I think these too are desert larkspur but they a little more defined and fresh than the pervious ones. I found them when i was walking up the hill.

All these pictures are clicked by me on my android phone Samsung m30 and f22 .I edited these pictures on snapseed application.
