We all know that contests are the best way for the promotion of the platform and rapid growth of the Steemit ecosystem. Let's move on.

This is the third contest that is officially announced by me in this community. The theme of this contest is:
The most important thing that can be useful for the maintainance of the health is the daily menu. There are many types of food items that are of great help for the maintenance of our health. In this contest, I want to know about your most favourite and healthy recipe that you would like to suggest to the other friends on the platform.
Write about your healthy recipe.
What are main ingredients of that recipe?
Do you make it at home or get from the market?
How much cost does it have if you make it at home or get from the market?
