The Diary Game | May 4th, 2022

It's another precious time to put down a piece in the community. Today, I will be writing my diary for the day and I hope you'd have a great read. The diary would take you through how I began the day inside the house and other things I was involved in outdoors. Have a great time visiting today.

The previous day was a very stressful one for me and at the end of the day, I felt exhausted and feverish yet I had a few things to attend and this made me sleep late. Before it was 7 am today, I was awake and set for the day. There is a need for me to perform laundry as I have a few clothes I had used during the past week which require washing.

After getting out of bed, I reviewed some of the entries submitted in the Academy in the ongoing Steemit Engagement challenge before proceeding to wash the clothes. I was done with the laundry in about an hour, washed the used plates, and had my bathe. I'm all set for the day and had tea for my breakfast.

The feverish feelings persisted and I took medications. I set up my laptop and worked on a few graphic designs. It started raining around 1 pm and it was so intensified with the heavy wind, and power was disconnected. My laptop's battery ran out of charge, I navigated my way to the room and slept for a while.

When it was 2:30 pm, my alarm sounded, I have planned to get some cash from the bank so that I can buy a few things for the house. I was famished at that moment and boiled some rice which I ate. After lunch, I rested for some time before I left the house. I trekked to the main road for about 20mins to board a bus to the bank. I eventually got to the bank about 12 mins later.

I am actually utilizing the bank's ATM and at the time I got to the ATM stand, there were a few people in the queue as such I joined them waiting for my time. The bank's name is Zenith bank, it's actually one of the leading banks in my country.

After a few minutes, it reached my turn and I withdrew some cash. I crossed the road to board a commercial bus plying to my next destination. My next stop is to get beef to make stew tomorrow. I got to the butcher's stand, unfortunately, he already sold all his products as such I walked to another place, he's almost done selling his product too and I eventually got beef of #1,000 ~ 4.8 STEEM. I took a picture of the remaining beef on his counter.

I boarded another bus to the nearest bus stop in my community while I trekked back to my house. On arrival at home, I cooked the meat, have it fried, and poured it into the already made stew, this would be utilized for my meal the coming days. It's night already and I have just taken zero sugar Coca-Cola carbonated drink for the night.

I was sipping my coca-cola carbonated drink as I was composing my diary.

In conclusion, it was a great day for me, I was able to attend a few things that I have left undone for some time and stepped out to get a few things needed in the house. It's the end of my diary for the day, it's almost 10 pm already and I will be rounding up for the day sooner. I'm likely to sleep around 11 pm today.
