There are five forces in any industry, and these are suppliers, buyers, new organizations, substitutes and rivalry between the people involved. Everything is on competition in national and international environments. But the most important thing today is to coordinate all the logistics, and hence prices and quality are always variables in focus!
You and I can do much work today in different organizations. All all things are about making statements and chatting and writing reports and documents. Everything is contained in the brains to the human resources, and these people are always interested to have a career within the organizations. All all schools and all universities are also included in these things.
I can meet you at Harvard at any time, but the question is always what the hell is going on here. Devil forces are something we are born with, and we have these forces also in the organizations to make impressions, and to make the best jobs as it is possible. And there is also a rivalry among the candidates, beiing the best and most sensible in chatting and in writing. And you cannot get the best person unless you have checked the results at all levels in schools. Researchers are much in parties, especially in the weekend, and several times they cannot answer the question in the right ways with right manners. That is a problem, and it is also a problem with people doing copies from earlier studies, because what we should always learn in school is to think, and both be creative and dwelling with analysis! All humans frame reality in accordance to this, and such is the brain!
So, should Harvard Business School encourage thinking in all ways in all history! Yes, of course, and this is the situation for all nations involved in all the relevant history. Today, there are three forces that shape the organizations. The first is pressure at work, since thing should be solved in an appropriate use of time. The second force is competence, meaning you know something, and maybe this knowledge can be filled with testing and with empirical evidences. You cannot think nothing in theories and in methods to be true unless it has be exposed for critical testing. And the third force is your smile, your gestures and your chatting for developing the work environment. You can chat with every language that is possible, and what you do should be accepted and tolerated, and you should be a friend of the earth. With any foreigner, you should try to find positive ways of talking, and positive ways of finding the opportunities. And the ski guard and the fences, are something we have in our brains, but all content in the brain can be examined and questioned. So, find the right people around you, develop everybody in the working environment, and try to solve problems and issues rather than talking them away!
We can do anything possible at Harvard Business School, also being engaged in all the diving in the sea. We find many things there, and we can always examine the life in the sea, and how things are, and why they are as they are. You are not doing things properly unless you try to solve problems and issues that have been there before. We should try to be constructive, open-minded, reflected, and being citizens with and without a nation behind us. If we do not believe much in the nation we are coming from, we should be engaged in building the nation and being constructive and global. We are all humans at the earth, and the borders within a nation and the systems we find there, have been defined through many years of time. We should always use our brain, and many things are critical if they are not tested. You cannot know anything unless it is stated as truth.
