Communication means that we are doing things in common, and the things we are doing in common is the speaking and the writing. And communication is the messages we give and receive, and we have the responsibility of doing what we are doing in life!
No company should be led to bankruptcy. And all the costs should be paid, both privately and for public purposes. Communication is something we do internally with all the chatting there, and things we are putting externally to the markets. And all these things are done orally and in written manners.
What have humans every learned at the earth? We should do what we like, and there should not be to much control, because we want freedom in life, and we want creativity. Life is like an art from the beginning and to the end, and we should not bother each other with sirens and alerts, but we should be friendly against each other and not making wars against each other. And each individual should not be directed in life, but each person should do what the deepest wants are within your human nature. And you do not have to ask anyone about what to do, since you are determining yourself!
Every reaction has a source, and that source should be killed if it is not friendly. Communication is always something we are doing in life, and with every message we should know what, where, how, why and in which meanings the message is functioning. We can be given advice in life, but the things you and I are doing are individually, and we should use time and space to get jobs that we are qualified for. And when being there, we can use communication to be known, and to tell the markets about what the organization is doing.
So, no one should take care of us, and we need no security, since we just have friends of the earth. The reality is just making and taking choices in chaos, since we are just choosing something of all the things that can be perceived in reality. And we should avoid terror and violence and bad behavior! We should be positively orientated in life, and we should use the brain to take care of ourselves and our environments. And we are all coming to life from human nature, and we go back to nature. And imaginations after the death, are something the religions tell us, but many people think that there is no life after the death! Communication is about everything we can be told, and about what we can learn in life. And we are often important persons in the organizations with our personality and competence and sense of humor. Communication is about giving and receiving messages, and what these messages are doing with us. We are organizing the organizations with messages and meetings, and the employees and the leaders should take responsibility about what to do and why. And many times we find patterns in the organizations about what to do, and the different doings can be clustered in groups or they can be spread to many people and to several sources in the markets, so-called opinion leaders.
So, what should the organizations really be with the communication strategies that we can model? We should be a living environment where satisfaction for everyone should be put as a highly wanted desire. Communication should be used to not get chaos in the ways the organization is operating, and we should be told how the structure and the system are functioning.
Communication is used to get clearly understanding, and to get focus on what can really be done even better! And we need focus and good working manners in the organizations, since no organization at any time can treat all the cases that are coming in reality! Science fiction and reality should go hand in hand, as Murakami tells us. And that is because humans have dreams and imaginations about different things.
