The area of Little Arabia and Victoria Street were the two areas I visited a few years ago. Arab street and Haji Lane with the smell of Middle Eastern food, shisha cafes and bazars is the area where the city got its first street art. Among the well preserved shophouses one can find a surprising number of street art. One particular mural will impress: The Aztec mural. An emormous Aztec mural covering the the whole wall of the mexican restaurant Piedra Negro. The wall was done by JabaOne, a Colombian artist who has done a large collection in this area. Victoria Street is best known for the works of Lithuanian street artist Ernest Zacharevic.

Enjoy the short film with photos from Singapores street art.
