Kurt Nilsen is coming from Bergen, and he is a great music artists in Norway, and he gives several concerts in English and in Norwegian. There are many people loving his songs, and there is much warmth and pleasure with Kurt Nilsen.
When Kurt Nilsen is launching his first Christmas album, he joins the relatively short line of great Norwegian artists who have cooperated with the renowned Broadcast Orchestra (KORK), and other artists that have done that before are DDE, Vamp, Bjorn Eidsvaag and Halvdan Sivertsen. And Kurt Nilsen is making messages, and he gives us in the beautiful atmosphere with being in Christmas and celebrating Christmas. Kurt Nilsen is loved in Norway and abroad, and he is especially known for the song: “She’s So High”. Other concerts in Norway can not give the same quality and quantity as Kurt Nilsen, and although some are trying, they do not get the same ranking. And in addition different environment can be closed with their solutions and their ways of organizing different things, for instance the Christmas.
In the song: «Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas», Kurt Nilsen and KORK serve us an evocative mix of American Christmas classics, well-known Disney-songs and Norwegian tradition of music. In all these songs for Christmas, Kurt Nilsen is singing both in English and in Norwegian, and in two of the traces in his Christmas album, Kurt has been associated with two guests, and they are Christel Alsos with the song “Baby It’s Cold Outside” and Helene Boksle is contributing with her vocal “Gje meg hand di venn” or “Give You My Hand My Friend”. KORK is under the direction of the conductor Nick Davies.

Kurt Nilsen is known in Norway, and this album is now released, and he makes the best songs for Christmas for every environment included. Kurt Nilsen has done the field research when coming to people tastes for music, relatively well. He is born 29 September 1978, and he is therefore 42 years old today. In 2013, Kurt was divorced from his wife Kristin, after lasting for seven years as a spouse. They have a son together. In additon, Kurt has two adult children from an earlier relation. The same year as he was divorced from Kristin, he met Oda, and they were together for five years. And this means that Kurt Nilsen is single again in this time. Now, Kurt Nilsen has become a grandfather, and this is a special event, and it needs to be celebrated. The daughter to Kurt Nilsen called for Marte has got a child. And that is human nature, some persons are coming after us, that is the evolution and the natural selection!
