I used puff pastry dough for croissant, but if you want to make a dough for croissant at home, you can do it. I preferred the puff pastry dough to make it practical. Ingredients to be Used for Croissant:
1 pack of puff pastry dough
Chocolate cream / Nutella
1 egg
Making Stages:
We shape the rectangular puff pastry into two equal triangles with a knife from the corner. Then, let's spread chocolate cream / nutella on the triangular puff pastry with a dessert spoon. Let's wrap the dough from the bottom to the top. You can apply any amount of puff pastry and chocolate cream. Finally, separate the yellow and white parts of one egg. Brush the yellow part on the dough with a brush. Bake in 180 degree oven for 15 minutes and the Croissant is Ready!
