Tips for SteemFoods Users: Introduction Post and My Cooking Skills

Hello to everyone :
Today I wanted to prepare my introduction for SteemFoods Community Participants. It will also increase the interaction in the SteemFoods Community and ensure that its participants are informed about each other. I can say that this post is a big hint for winning the contest, as this will be the subject of the contest I'm organizing for next week.

Who am I ?

I have been using the steemit platform for over 2 years. There were no previous events and curation team organized by @steemitblog. Therefore, writing quality content on the steemit platform did not generate any income. At the moment, the interaction and the number of events organized between people on the steemit platform is very high. I hope we can see the steemit platform as one of the most used social media in the future. But I liked the steemit platform, so I continued to use it actively. I live in Turkey and I will be graduating this year from the Food Engineering Department. While studying Food Engineering, I learned a lot about foods, nutritional values โ€‹โ€‹and additives, so I decided to prepare healthy meals at home for a long time. I share with you the delicious, different and healthy meals I prepare at home.

How Did I Build the SteemFoods Community?

This season I actively participated in the diary game organized by the Steemit team. Since I am someone who prepares at least two different types of food at home during the day, I was sharing many recipes and photos related to food in my articles. As an extra, I saw that my friends, who broadcast other daily games, shared their meals prepared at home and used these food photos. Then I started the SteemFoods Community with the support of @steemitblog and @steemcurator01. As I like working for the Steemit platform, I have made the plans for the growth of this community, and now I am sharing with you the development reports and many information such as the competitions and weekly reports I organize in the @steemitfoods account.

My Food and Cooking Skills and Interests:

I can say that I prepared more than 200 types of food and desserts at home alone in a period of about three months. I pay great attention to the fact that most of the meals I prepare are prepared practically at home, suitable for an economic budget and a healthy meal. I especially like to prepare alternative meals for breakfast and vegan desserts. Preparing vegan meals takes some creativity and I can say that it is difficult to make it delicious. But over time, I also improved myself in making vegan meals and desserts.

Five Things About My Country : TURKEY !

How to Make Lahmacun?

Making Stages:
First we will start by making the dough. In a large dough bowl; Let's add flour, yeast, salt, water and oil. Let's knead the dough with our hands until it reaches the consistency. Let us wait 10 minutes after the dough becomes thick. While we wait, we will make the stuffing of the pita. I recommend using a blender and a food processor to make the sauce in the filling at this stage. Cut in medium size into the blender; Add the onion, parsley, pepper and tomato and run the blender. When the ingredients are mixed and sauce, turn off the blender. We add this sauce on 400 grams of minced meat. Then add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and mix. Let's cut the dough we hold into round pieces the size of our palm. Open these round pieces with a rolling pin and then add the mortar we made on it. Cook in a pan over medium heat until the minced meat is cooked. And Pita Ready!
