Today I'm going to introduce you to my favorite Fish 🐟 Shop, Sri Lak fishing market in Panadura. After long time I took a holiday today, it was not a planned one but I had to take a holiday as I was not feeling well in the morning. Luckily, yesterday I went to Sri Lak fishing market to purchase this fish and vegetable for today's lunch.
Why this fish shop is my favorite?
One thing I really care is that fish needs to be fresh. Sri Lak fishing market given me that trust and I never found any problem with them. They are maintaining the quality by transporting fish from the Panadura fish harbor by their fish trucks.
Fast service and friendly staff compared to the other fish shops. They are really quick and they have separate individuals for each work process. That makes customers very easy buying process and where to be in the shop.
- First you have to select a fish from the display cabinet
- Then they will scale it and let us know the price
- Once confirmed we have to go to the cashier and pay the bill
- After making the payment they put fish into a tray and send it to the cutting area
- There they will clean the fish
- Then they will cut the fish according to our preference.

I made a Baked Fish for my lunch today ❤️
Ingredients
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon,
- Chilly Powder - 1 tea spoon,
- Lemon Juice - 1 tea spoon,
- Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon,
- Garlic - 1 tea spoon,
- Ginger - 1 tea spoon,
- Salt as per your taste,
Mix all the ingredients and form a paste,
Marinate the fish with paste,
Cover and store the fish in the refrigerate for 01 hour,
I have used a air fryer for backing, so put the fish in a oil paper and back it for 30mins.
Finally, I'm ready for my lunch! 😍
