My Favorite Celebration Meal : A special Yummy Cake for My Birthday

Yesterday was my Birthday πŸŽ‚πŸŽ‰. It's a very special day for me ☺️. I love my Birthday too much.

In very year I celebrate this day with my family and friends. But due to Pandemic we all are in very critical condition. That's why I thought not to go outside this year and tried to make a warm celebration with my family only. And the most funny think is that I made my own birthday cake 🀠πŸ₯° .

I would like to thank @steemfoods for arranging such a cute contest in this week regarding my favorite celebration.

Let's have a look guys, how I've made this Yummy Cake πŸŽ‚.

First of all, I would like to say that this is one of my favorite things. I love to eat cake. I learned to make cakes by watching a lot of videos on YouTube. So I thought to myself, I will make my own birthday cake.

1st stage

Ingredients-

( For making cake batter)

1.Flour -300gm
2.Baking powder- 1tsp
3.Baking soda- 1/2tsp
4.Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
5.Milk powder - 2tbsp
6.Icing Sugar - 1cup
7.Mustard Oil - 2tbsp
8.Butter Milk
9.Tutti Frutti,Cashew, almonds
10.Vanilla Essence - 1tsp

Process -

At first take a big clean Bowl. Pour flour, then gradually add baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, milk powder, icing sugar, dry fruits, mustard oil, buttermilk, vanilla essence.
Mix the all ingredients properly. Don't make the mixture too thick or too thin.

2nd stage

(Baking process)

Take a cake pan / mould . Grease oil well around the inside of the cake teen. Place a Butter paper . Pour the batter . My cake pan's size is 6inch almost .

Then tap the mould to remove the air bubbles.

Pre heat the nonstick kadai for 5 - 10min in medium flame.Then place the cake mould. Cover the kadai . Close the small hole in the lid of the pan with a piece of paper.

Bake it in low flame for 48 to 60 minutes.

After 48min , check the cake with a tooth pick or any little Stick. If the cake batter does not stick with the toothpick ,then it must be understood that the cake is well baked.let it cool down.

After sometime , pour the cake on a plate from the cake pan , and remove the Butter paper.

3rd stage

Ingredients-

( Cake decorating)

1.Suger syrup( 1 tbsp + 1/2 cup water , boil for 3min )
2.Whipping cream powder
3.Chill Milk
4.Food colour
5.Cherries
6.Rainbow decorative balls

This time we will decorate the cake. First, divide the cake into two parts. Apply sugar syrup well on both the parts.

Take one cup of whipping cream powder, and one cup of chilled milk.

Before 1 hour, I kept a bowl in freez, I don't use ice cube because It's winter. Pour the cup of powder and milk into the bowl , and beat the cream with electric beater( high) or hand beater . It will take 6 minutes to do.

(For Summer ,we will have to take a lot of ice in a container under the container in which we will beat the cream.)

Since I don't have a cake base, I will decorate this cake on a plate.First apply little amount of cream on the plate.

then place a part of cake , apply cream , then again place another part and apply cream around the cake ,Decorate the cake the way you want.

I use pink and yellow food colour and rainbow balls to decorate my cake.
