Hi, dear Steemians and SteemFoodies!

It's my Day 22 in the Third Season of the Food Diary Game. It's Monday, and I am feeling a bit better, in the mood for tasty breakfast.

My food-day started early as usual. I woke up in the mood for a "pizza-bread", so I brewed coffee and got to work.

I took some of my frozen basil pesto and added freshly crushed garlic generously.

I pre toasted the loaves of bread in the lectric oven. When they were ready, I put the toppings: sliced tomato, mozzarella cheese, chopped bacon, basil pesto, and salt.

I put them in the oven again to bake for 5 min at 250 degrees Farenheit, enough for the cheese to melt but too much so it won't lose consistence.

Then I brewed some more coffee and added milk and cocoa to make mocaccino.

They were really good and were a good match for our pizza toasts. We had our breakfast before 8 a.m.

For lunch, my husband reheated leftover chicken soup from yesterday.

It was even better today. Loved it. We ate at noon, which seldom happens, so I was hungry before evening. At 5 p.m. or so, we had cereal and milk.

And we also had our afternoon coffee while watching Pasapalabra, a couple of hours later.

We were not hungry at dinner time, which for us is usually between 8 and 9 p.m. But later, we were.

We had dinner past 11 p.m. My husband made noodles with butter and Manchego cheese. I had not felt guilty--until now, lol--.

Finally, I felt in the mood for herbal tea. It helps me sleep. I prepared a large quantity for my both of us, added honey and lemon juice. I must have fallen asleep an hour later.

And these were the highlights of my food-day. Still keeping to my medical treatment. As always, I hope you're all healthy and at peace. See you on my next entry--mine and yours--. :)
