Hi steemains hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. I'm sharing a delicious recipe of "chicken karahi". It's very easy to make and very delicious to eat.
Now moved towards our recipe ingredient and the procedure to make.
INGREDIENTS :
- Chicken 1kg (made 14_16picesfrom 1kg)
- Tomatoes. 4_5large
- green chilies. 7-8 as per taste
- fried onions. 3_4tbsp
- coriander leaves. For garnish
- red chili powder. 1tbsp
- salt. As required
- cummin seeds 1tbsp
- coriander seeds. 1tbsp
- qasuri methi. 1_2tbs
- black papers powder. 1/2tsp
- curry leaves. 1tbsp
PROCEDURE :
STEP 1:
- Take 1kg fresh chicken and said butcher cut it in14_16pices, if you don't like samall piece then you can use any size of meat pieces but it's better to use samall one. then washed it properly and put it in a strainer to remove extra water from chicken.
STEP 2:
- Add some oil to the pan and when it gets warm add curry leaves and green chillies to the pan and sotey it for 2 minutes.
STEP 3:
- Now add chicken to the pan and sotey it for 2 minutes. Then add ginger /garlic paste to it and fry it for few minutes.
STEP 4:
- Take out all spices according to the recipe and put them in the pan and cook it for 3_5minutes until all spices fried in oil properly.
STEP 5:
- Now take tomatoes and fried onions according to the recipe and make their paste in blender.
Poured this paste to the pan and cook it.
- Cook properly until the color of curry changes to shiny bright red. It takes 12_15minutes. Here I'm presenting some stages of curry.
STEP6:
- When oil comes up onthe curry then add qasuri methi and black papers powder to the pan and cook it for 3_5minutes.
Now place lid over the pan for few minutes until the flavor of methi and black papers riched in curry.
STEP 7:
- Take out the curry in a dish, garnish it with green chillies and coriander leaves. Served it hot with Nan.
