December started off on a good foot, Steem is showing a bullish behavior in the market, while Steemit is having good activity, a lot of users have been sharing content and interacting through good comments. In addition, the Steemit team has activated the renewal of the Booming program by again inviting communities to apply, here the announcement post.
The Booming program is one of the support tools that has allowed to boost the creation of content on the platform, on the other hand, it is an opportunity given to communities to promote the dynamics and fairly support those who share their content on them. So far, 23 communities are in charge of distributing the votes, taking into consideration the following guidelines.
- The user must "at least" be within #club5050.
- Communities must direct a maximum of 2 votes per user each week.
- The user must maintain good activity on the platform, sharing plagiarism-free content.
- The user must not use in voting service.

During the recent week in which we have enjoyed a good activity, several communities stood out thanks to the preference that users had to interact in them, highlighting Steemkids and Steem For Pakistan which exceeded 300 active publications. World Of Xpilar, Steem4Bloggers, Comunidad Latina and Steem of Animals also had a good week with more than 200 posts. Among all the communities supported by the Booming program, there are 3201 active posts, of which 24% have been supported by this program.
