On the other hand, this program gives the communities the confidence so that they can distribute these votes in a fair way.
The communities must have strategies to support the largest possible number of users, but for this, they must keep in mind the following guidelines presented by the Steemit team, in order to promote collective growth, but also that of the platform.
- The user must "at least" be within #club5050.
- Communities must direct a maximum of 2 votes per user each week.
- The user must maintain good activity on the platform, sharing plagiarism-free content.
- The user must not use in voting service.

During this period we were able to enjoy an excellent activity, where contents of various topics were shared, some publications of free topics while others related to participations of dynamics and contests.
