My name is victoh I am from Nigeria precisely eastern part of Nigeria, I am crypto enthusiastic and that's was what brought me to steemit. In steemit i found a home where I can learn about cryptocurrencies and other related matters as well as make educative an insightful post.
My deep love for cryptocurrency and the inner working took me to this community and here in this community we learn alot about cryptocurrencies and how they operate.
Currently I am the one of plagerism quality control moderators of this community.
My job so far.
I have come to understand that being a mod is not really as easy as we see it to be it requires commitment and Alot of effort to carry out this task efficiently.
But the task of a moderator is essential for the continued sustainance of any community on steemit and as well as the steemit in general.
Without moderators to check for plagerism and ensure the post on steemit are of good quality they would be so many plageriser works and steemit and authors might no longer see the use of proof of brain.
In addition to free plageriser work we also need to make works which are of high quality which reflects the amount of time and energy we put into such works , works which clearly shows authors initiative and effort are often going to be rewarded highly by the curators.
As a community I can't do this great job which have been entrusted to me by my mentor @ponpase.
I would need each and everyone of us to take note of some very important information which would help in getting better grades
Use of plagerism checkers.
One of the main criteria of all steemit articles are they should be free of plagerism and as a result everyone making post should ensure that when ever they are done with thier post they should Enlist the help of plagerism checkers to verify that such post do not have elements of plagerism within them.

Copyrighted images
The use of images on steemit should be down properly such that authors are only to use images which are free to use and copy right free.
Images from social media are often not copyright free so we should be warry when using images from this source

Short articles
Often I read Alot of nice articles especially power up post these articles though being very good and deserving of good marks are often very short.
If you wish to make a power up post you shouldnt limit your self to only the power up post, you could make a random post and add the power up or better still discuss a bit about power ups.
By so doing this would have your article more depth and better grades.
Voting CSI
Voting CSI indicates how often we as authors support our fellow authors, the voting CSI is very essential as it shows yours how active Yu have been in the last couple or days.
By supporting your fellow authors you would be sure to receive support for your own articles your self.
@Steemcurator07 has specified that before you get vote you must have a high CSI hence I urge members of this commui to improve Thier CSI.
So before making post I urge users to ensure they have a CSI of atleast 5%.
Club status
To receive vote from steemcurators it is important that we belong to a club, presently they are three clubs we could belong to such as club5050, club75 and club100.
By joining one of this club and sticking to the followings guidelines above you would be sure to receive a good grade on your article.
Pls endeavour to check your club status onces In a while especially after withdrawals so as to be sure of the club you are in.
