You know, I have come up with an interesting and exciting challenge. Welcome to the Weekly "What I Learned/Reflections" Contest! It's time to embark on the fifth week!
Life is a continuous journey full of discoveries and experiences. It always provides something to learn and we become mature with them. Isn't it? So, in this contest, you have to reflect and take a look back on your past week(this will be adjusted according to the theme) and share what you've learned.
To make it more engaging I will provide a specific theme for every week. It will be a memorable collection for all of us. Anyway I am open to suggestions and any ideas for a theme from you guys, as I am super excited about this learning curve.
Theme of the week - Mentors and Role Models
Mentors and role models provide us with encouragement, motivation, valuable lessons and insights, comfort, and wisdom in different parts of our lives. They can come in different natures like family members, a spiritual leader, a historical figure, a friend, or a teacher. Anyway, I am sure there is at least one person for everybody to be thankful for their efforts. So, this is the time to reflect on yours.
- Who is the mentor or role model who has significantly influenced your life?
- How have they influenced your personal and professional growth?
- How might your perspective have been changed if not for this role model?
- If you get the opportunity to express your gratitude to him/her, what would you say or do?
