Sport is an action produced by the movement of the limbs, such as the hands, feet and other limbs which can have a positive influence on the limbs as a whole.
We all know that sports activities are things that must be done by humans to maintain stamina and body health, because by exercising there are many benefits that we will get by doing sports regularly and we can immediately feel these benefits.
In this 3rd edition, there is a slightly different touch, by inviting all your friends to share about your favorite sports as well as the benefits you get from these sports, with the hope that they can become a source of inspiration for all of us so we can adopt a healthy lifestyle by exercising regularly.
