History

The exact origins of pink tea are unknown. It's thought to have started in the Kashmir Valley of the Indian subcontinent. However, some experts believe it originated in Yarkand, Turkestan, where Atkan Tea (chaye) is made with salt, milk, and butter. Kashmiris are recognized for being tea enthusiasts. Midday chai, a pink-colored Kashmiri tea brewed with gunpowder tea (green tea leaves wrapped into little balls), milk, sea salt, and baking soda, is one of their traditional drinks. In numerous Indian languages, the term "noon" denotes salt.In the morning and afternoon, Kashmiris sip noon tea with naan bread. Some folks even consume it at work.
I drink it at night in cold winter weather and sometimes I ate pie, cookies and dry fruits with it. It's time taking process but it's one sip recover all tiredness.
I hope you like this Pink Tea and will try by yourself.
