Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is doing very well and living a very beautiful life by the grace of Allah.Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah Pak I am very well. Today I am here after a long time with a great tasting recipe.Today I am going to share with you a recipe of winter vegetables. My recipe today is only for vegetable lovers like me. One cannot find a person who does not love to eat vegetables.So today I am going to share with you how to make a delicious recipe with few vegetables, hope you all will like it. Let's start the recipe without further ado.

Winter Vegetable Stir fry Recipe.


Required Materials:

  • One kilogram of cabbage.
  • Two ripe tomatoes.
  • A large potato.
  • Chop five onions.
  • 10 chopped green chillies.
  • Half a cup of soybean oil.
  • Amount of salt.

Step 1,,

To prepare the recipe of sabzi bhaji, first of all, cabbage, tomato, potato, green pepper, onion should be cut into small pieces.

After that, the cut vegetables should be washed nicely with water. And then a pan should be placed on the stove and then half a cup of soybean oil should be poured on the pan. And then add chopped green chillies and onion slices.

After that, the onions and peppers should be cooked for one to two minutes.Then add the washed vegetables.Then add turmeric powder in quantity. And stir well with a narani so that the vegetables do not stick to the pan.

Step 4,,

Then keep the oven temperature medium and stir well. And this should be done very carefully. And care should be taken so that the vegetables do not stick to the pan. And by stirring like this, you will notice that the color of the vegetables will change and the water of the vegetables will dry up. How to cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
