Assalamualaikum and good evening to all
Thank you @hive-163291 for announcing this wonderful contest regarding Street Food. I really love to participate in this contest.
Before going to the main topic we should know what street food is. Street foods are kind of ready-to-eat foods sold by vendors in public places like parks, markets, fairs, and in front of any kind of gathering. Street foods are convenient and affordable. These vendors especially represent urban foods. Now a day it becomes more popular with different classes of people.
There are many kinds of street foods are found in our country. But one street food that is very common and also very delicious is Jhal Muri. I live in a restricted area so street foods are not available in my locality. But whenever I go out I always try to eat it. It is really my cup of tea.
I like Jhal Muri most because Jhal Murdi tastes different from place to place. Jhal Murdi of one place is of different types in another. But I like the Jhal Mudri of Mawa Ferry Ghat most. Rubel Bhai's Jhal Muri of Dhaka New Market is also excellent, but Jhal is too much. Many call Muri Bharta to Muri Makha. Whenever I go to Tangail I try Jhal Muri which is available at Nirala Junction in Tangail and is wonderful to eat.
In the context of our country, street food is not so hygienic. However, it is very important for the common people of our country. It is not possible for them to buy food at a high price so they are more dependent on this street food. But people are becoming more health conscious day by day so these street food vendors are also doing a lot of hygienic maintenance. That's a wonderful thing.
