Hello friends of hotspot Italy, I want to share with you these photos that I had taken again last year when I spent a few days at Lake Ledro.
Many of you are probably not familiar with this place, which is located Italy in Trentino Alto Adige, and is a beautiful alpine lake that is fortunate enough to still be fairly untouched by mass tourism.
I was also here during my Christmas vacation, and I made a little video where I show an interesting hike, because basically there is a bike/pedestrian path that goes all the way around the Lake, and roughly it is 15 kilometers.
What I like about this place, is that the lake has a very deep blue color and the water is really clean and clear and it is not so easy to find such a clean place in Italy, sometimes unfortunately there is not enough attention.
The nice thing about this place as well, is that being In the mountains there is a always a very pleasant climate, and you can escape from the Plain, sometimes I have to tell you, I still remember last year, the water was practically frozen and it was almost hard to bathe.
