First step |
---|
First I cleaned and washed my vegetables very well because raw vegetables can have dirt so they need to be cleaned very well and I also washed them well then put them in a bowl and started cutting them.
Second step |
---|
Now I cut the vegetables very nicely to my liking and washed them again nicely and put them in a plate
The third step |
---|
Now I finely chopped onion chili some other essential ingredients in my vegetable cooking
Fourth step |
---|
This is how I started my cooking, first I put a non-stick pan in the middle of the stove and put oil and green chillies and chopped onions in it.
The fifth step |
---|
Now I add PS kachi and chillies between the patils to die for.
Sixth step |
---|
At this stage when the onions and chilies turn red in the pan, I add a cup of water to it and add all the spices and all as per my requirement, salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger, etc.
Seventh step |
---|
Now I put my chopped vegetables in the pan with all the mixed masalas and stir them very well and cover with a lid.
Eighth step |
---|
Now I add same amount of water to the covered vegetable paste and stir it again and cover it again with a lid.
The ninth step |
---|
Now I cook my vegetables almost at the last minute and this time I chop the tomatoes in the middle of cooking my vegetables and add them nicely and cover them nicely with a lid again with same amount of water.
Tenth step |
---|
At this stage I finished cooking my vegetables and I tested and realized that my vegetables were very tasty and delicious
Eleventh step |
---|
Now that I have finished cooking my vegetables I have not taken the pan of vegetables off the stove and I am not ready to eat them
The twelfth step |
---|
Now I finished cooking my vegetables and preparing to eat and took some rice and vegetables in a plate and started to eat them but my vegetable cooking is very delicious it looks so bad but it is more delicious to eat and such delicious food. I like it a lot and sometimes I make this recipe and eat it
Conclusion |
---|
Finally I can say that any thing is very tasty if it is cooked very well and it is more delicious if it is cooked with sufficient amount of spices but anyway the recipe I made is vegetable recipe it is very tasty and you must add more vegetable ingredients. Cooking vegetables will be very tasty and fun. You can try this vegetable recipe. You can gift it to your family. If you like my recipe, please vote for your valuable comments and support.
