This is my first Monthly report in February 05 to 28 as Country Representative for Venezuela and Curator.
My different activities can be summarized as: publication review and curation tasks in Newcomer’s Community, voting with different curator accounts such as @ steemcurator03, @ steemcurator05, @ hive-193637 (Steem Venezuela account) and @ sv-beca (another Steem Venezuela account) and my personal account. In the same way, I make reviews of publications in the need to avoid plagiarism of content and different advice to subscribers of Steemit and Steem Venezuela.
This is the summary of my curatorial tasks for the period from February 05 to 28, 2022 I made a total of 1145 votes in total done with the assigned curation accounts: @ steemcurator03 of the Newcommer Community Program, @ steemcurator05 corresponding to #betterlife and #thediarygame program for Latin America, the Steem Venezuela community account (@hive-193637), the curation account @sv-beca (Steem Venezuela's second curation account) and my personal account @tocho2.
1) Newcomer's Community
The month of February has been quite busy with the review of possible plagiarism and fake accounts publishing in the Community of newcomers, so the number of posts to be reviewed and validated has decreased a little, this is good because it means that the "cleaning" that has been done in the community. This period I have made 7 corrections, reviewed 33 posts and validated 28 achievement posts.

2) Curation with Steemcurator03 account
My past curation turns with the account @steemcurator03 was on February 07, 15 and 21, 2022 and a total of 34 posts were voted.
3) Last Curation turn with Steemcurator05 account
My last curation turn with this account was on February 08, 2022 and were voted a total of 20 post from users who met the requirements and in turn are participating in the # club5050. This is last my Steemcurator 05, Curation Report – February 08, 2022. It is important to note that we will no longer be using this account to make votes

4) Curation with the Steem Venezuela (@hive-193637 and @sv-beca) community account
With the Steem Venezuela community account (@hive-193637), we support Top-5 posts every day of the week, we support posts about the Steem Venezuela trail and also users who have delegated to the community.
My manual curation turns with this account was on February 06, 13, 20 and 27, 2022 during which I supported a total of 36 Top 5 #sv-recreacion posts. It is also important to clarify that those publications of users who are participating in the # club5050 are being selected for the Top5. And with @sv-beca account I had voted 32 post..

5) Venezuela Country Representative
This is a summary of the main activities that a Country Representative does:
- Orientation to users on publications, themes, format and communities.
- Invite users to enter Newcomer's Community and Steemit Crypto Academy to acquire fundamental knowledge about blogging, blockchain and crypto assets.
- Because I am co-administrator of the official Steem Venezuela community, I am in charge of coordinating and executing activities alongside my colleagues to provide the best service to our subscribers.
- As CR we do reviews of publications to detect plagiarism within our community and in other communities as well, leaving comments with corrective actions and calls for attention when necessary.
- Every day I visit publications to vote and comment as many users as possible, so that our presence is noticed in different communities, providing support to subscribers.
- Every month I make an invitation to users to participate in # spud4steem.
- And I provide support and guidance to users who are participating in # club5050 and those who wish to join as well.
Using my personal account @tocho2 I made 1008 (during February 05 to 28, 2022) votes in support of users on different communities on Steemit.
6) Contributions for the growth of Steemit in this period
During this February Month, I have continued, we have faced some changes, for example I will no longer be doing healing shifts with the Steemcurator05 account as I had been doing since September 2020, this is due to the fact that a new healing program is currently being carried out.
However, the fundamental activities that bring positive points to the growth of Steemit continue to be carried out as usual, we are very focused on reducing the cases of plagiarism through frequent revisions of posts where a warning is always left. But the most satisfying activity is to encourage followers to join club5050, also to invite them to participate in the # spud4steem that takes place every month, helping colleagues in their growth will always be encouraging.
As part of the growth activities of Steemit I have made 2 publications to invite users to participate in the # spud4steem of the month of March and my weekly publications showing my participation in power up Mondays with the #sv-powerup tag:
