Hello great cooks,as staged by steemalive, how has your day been and the cooking process, hope you are enjoying yourself and eating very well because am sure the aim is to make us fat,as you are doing that endeavor to get time out for some exercise because it will profit you,it will also regular the flow of blood in your system and make you look younger than your age.
Let's look at the meal for the day, it's a native soup that melon and achi is used to cook and hot leaf is used as well.
Let's break it down, I visited my mother as a result of the phone call her called me to come and cook for her, that is how today's meal came about.

STOCKFISH
PLAM-OIL
PEREWINKLE
MAGGIE

HOT LEAF

PEPPER
In cooking food any time you are in the kitchen, always make that environment clean so that your food too will not be contaminated which will result in food poison. I wash my post clean, wash the meat, perewinkle add seasoning and pepper and Steemit for a while.
When this has been achieve, you put the main pot of soup on the fire,add water, wash on the fish, stockfish and add oil
Then you allow it to cook for a while like 20mins, so that the oil will circulate properly.
You start preparing others ingredients for the soup, cutting the hot leaf, arranging the melon, since the soup is a simple one , any body can cook it, because it is direct.
By this time the soup is boiling, you now add achi and melon and the steemed meat and perewinkle
This is just the beginning of the soup cooking, which gives it a pleasant look
After this section, you add the hot leaf in the soup,
The food is ready can we get the table please.
