This particular contest is a challenge contest since it has to do with what you can do perfectly or what you can try to do in order to train or improve yourself more. By so doing, you will be happy and proud of yourself.
Today, I will be sharing with you in this DIY how to prepare Banana porridge known as Otoh-mboro in my dialect. Let begin.
Ingredients
unripe banana
Fish
Crayfish
Vegetable
Periwinkle
Red oil
onions
seasoning cubes, salt and pepper.
Preparation
🔹After you might have gather the necessary ingredients. Using knife, peel the banana one after the other and remove the fruit. Wash it thoroughly and keep it aside.
🔹Wash your grater. Place it on a tray or any open bowl that you will be comfortable to you. Remove the banana fruit and start grating one after the other until all the fruit is finish.
Add a pitch of salt, one Seasoning cubes, mix very well and keep it aside.

Wash and remove the bones from the fish. Put in a clear pot and add onions, seasoning cube, salt, pepper and small Portion of crayfish, add water and place the pot on fire for 30minute.

As the pot is on fire, wash the vegetables, slice it and keep.
🔹After 30minute, open the pot. By this time, the stock has change color. Stir it very well and make a taste to know if all the ingredients you put has taken their respective places.
🔹After this minute, open the pot, stir it slowly and make sure the whole mixture is done before stirring it.
Spray the periwinkle on the mixture and cover it again for 5minute.
🔹Add the slice vegetables, stir well. Add the oil and allow it for few minutes without covering the pot.
After few minutes, stir it thoroughly until the oil mix well and off the light.
Your delicious Otoh-mboro is ready
This meal can be taken as breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Is very good for babies but while cooking for babies, it only require the unripe banana and much crayfish.
