Fried food is my favorite among food. Today I have made a recipe of fried khichuri with eggs.
Since it is getting cold all around now, it will be very nice to eat any kind of hot khichuri during this cold season. My Bhuna Khichdi is a bit more fancy, so I made Bhuna Khichdi with Eggs and Potatoes. This recipe is very liked by everyone in our house, so the recipe is made sometimes. Whenever I see rain or it gets a little cold, I try this khichuri, biryani recipe in different ways.

- First I will add oil about the size of a frying pan. After that I will add some chopped onion. I will add ginger and garlic by shaking the onion slices a little.
- Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder and magic masala. Fry all the spices for a while.
- After frying all the spices for a while, I will add the tomatoes. And the tomatoes will be mixed well with the spices and squeezed for a while.
- After that I will add 1 cup of sour curd.
- After that I will give rice and lentils. Stir well with the spices for a while and fry.
- After that I will give enough boiling hot water.
- Next I cut two potatoes into large pieces. And fry it after applying turmeric powder.
- When the potatoes are fried, I will fry four hard-boiled eggs with turmeric powder and fry them in oil.
- Then add the fried potato pieces.
- After that I will add fried eggs and coriander leaves. I will shake it well.
- After that I will add some whole green chillies and shake it well and leave it for 5 minutes with a lid.
