Without wasting much time, let's start preparing today's recipe.
Today I am sharing such a recipe with you which will be easy for you and you will also enjoy eating it. We all enjoy eating hot pakodas for breakfast in the winter season. We make many types of pakodas. Pakodas are prepared from many different things. Today I am telling you how to make Moong Dal Pakodas. Which looks very tasty to eat. These pakodas taste better when eaten with tea. But we can also eat it with sauce.

Cumin | 1 tsp |
Celery | 1 tsp |
Gram flour | 2 tsp |
Red chili powder | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Turmeric | 1 tsp |
Black pepper powder | 1 tsp |

water | as needed |
First of all, to make Moong Dal Pakodas, we have to wash the Moong Dal thoroughly with water and soak it for an hour. After that, we have to wash the Moong Dal and put it in the mixer. Then we have to add green chili, ginger-garlic, dry coriander and grind it and make a paste.
Now we have to peel the onion and chop it finely in a cutter machine. If you don't have a machine, you can chop it finely by hand also.
Now we have to add chopped onion to the moong dal paste that we have prepared. After that we have to add all the spices like cumin, celery, red chilli, turmeric, salt, black pepper powder. We have to add it as per taste so that the taste of Pakodas is excellent.
After that we have to add two spoons of gram flour. We do not have to add too much gram flour so that we get the taste of moong dal well. If we add too much gram flour then mung dal pakodas do not turn out good, hence we have to keep this in mind. We have to mix all the ingredients well. After that we have to put oil in a pan and let it heat. After the oil is hot, we have to fry the pakodas in the oil.
