May Allah Almighty blessed all wonderful steemians with good health , happiness and prosperity. I am good , Alhamdulillah ! How are you all doing beautiful ladies ? I am sure you are all spending a healthy life with your loved ones. I am glad to be here with you guys and taking part in the contest hosted by respected @ngoenyi ma'am. In this contest we gain chance to show our different skills. For this week , I want to showcase my cooking skills. I made chicken biryani. As drawing is one my of favourite just like cooking is also my favourite. This recipe of biryani is unique and easy to follow. I hope that you also like it.

- Onions
- Tomato and green chilli chopped
- Garlic Paste
- Red chilli flakes
- Salt
- Biryani masala
- Rice
- Chicken
- Cumin

- In the beginning , I add water in the pan and put it on the fire for boiling the rice. I had soaked the rice for an hour before boiling it. Then when the water boiled , I add soaked rice in it. I also add one spoon of ghee in it. Left it for boiling. When the rice is cooked drain water from it.

- I wash the chicken very well. I have one kg chicken. I washed it. Then I prepare the other ingredients. I peel the onions , garlic , tomato. Then I chopped these ingredients separately. After washing the onions , put the pan on fire. Add ghee about five to six table spoons in it. When ghee is heated then add onions in it.

- Then after doing that fry the onions almost five minutes then add one table spoon of garlic paste in it. Then fry it. Fry until its color become brown. When the color of onions become brown add water in it.

- Then add chopped tomato and green chillies. I add fifteen to sixteen pieces of green chillies. I made a spicy biryani that's why I add green chillies. Then I add one table spoon of red chilli flakes and one spoon of salt. Then I add cumin seed one tea spoon in it.

- Then fry it. I fry it until it becomes a paste. Then I add chicken in it. I also add biryani masala in it. Then I fried it for fifteen minutes.

- Turn off the flame. Then left half the chicken in the pan and separate out the other half. Add half of the boiled rice to the chicken which is in the pan. Then add the separated chicken back in the pan then finally add the rest of rice. Remember you can also add zarda color (food color) to it , which I did not have , but you can add it if you have. Then cover the lid with a piece of cloth and cover the pan with it. Put it on low flame for fifteen minutes.

- Then I mixed it well. Biryani is ready after fifteen minutes. Add it in a beautiful plate and enjoy it with your loved ones.
