My mum usually says "Saturday's are for extreme clean up" and I've come to stick with that for a while. I always try to do more clean up than usual every Saturday.

This Saturday, 28th October, was a bit different though, it was my sister's birthday so most part of the morning was spent on celebrating her. It wasn't anything grand or attention calling, just family spending the morning together while have breakfast.

For her birthday, I got her a tote bag. She recently got admission into the university and has been complaining of how her school isn't big enough to carry her long books and manuals, so I decided to get a tote bag for her and put an end to the complaints.
From her reaction when I gave her the bag, I knew she was happy and this is also evident in the pictures below.

After spending most of the morning on the birthday girl, I decided to wash my clothes then head to the market later. Having just a few things to wash, I knew it wasn't going to take too time getting it done.

The clothes I had to wash.

While washing, I found a fifty naira note in the pockets of one of my clothes. It was both funny and surprising because I always made sure to remove any items in the pockets of my clothes before washing so I wondered how I missed this one. This money should be about 0.166 Steems.😄

Afternoon😊

It was time to head to the market but before then, I had lunch with my siblings.
A lunch of the famous Affang soup and garri. This meal was prepared by my aunt while I assisted her in the kitchen.

Having lunch before going to the market was one mistake I made because after eating, I didn't feel like going anywhere anymore but I still went 'cause I had to.

My main aim of going to the market was to get new items for school as I will soon be packing to the hostel so I took my sister along.
Getting to the market, it was as busy as every Saturday market would be so we maneuvered our way till we got to where I wanted to buy my items from.

After a long while, we were done buying and we left the market for home.

Evening😇

We reached home and it was already past four and I was tired from walking round the market so I took my bath and laid down for a while.

Later in the evening, we had dinner and since I slept during the day, I spent most of the night doing my assignments.
