The Diary Game and your health

Your diet

My diet is very healthy. I always eat home-cooked food. It will never make us fat. Also, it's bad to overdo everything. I don't eat too much of anything like roti, or sabji. I eat vegetables and always try to eat vegetables that are my favorites because vegetables are rich in nutrients. So I try to eat at least one green vegetable and a fruit every day, also vegetable foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds

The medicines or vitamins you take, if any

I usually don't take medicine for minor injuries or pains I think it's better to let it recover on its own, Maybe in case of major injuries, I go to the doctor and take medicine as per his prescription, but I have a first aid kit in my home that contains only essential medicines like Detol, Cotton ,Paracetamol, and Amoxicillin pain killers. I take them for first aid.

###The water you drank

Generally, the water is polluted in all the water sources. We drink the water supplied by our government through the pipeline; however, we get the water in our home after it is purified by RO/UV. I wake up every morning I drink a glass of lukewarm water, then I take it every now and then when needed. I think I drink about three or four liters of water a day.

I also take liquid foods such as fruit juice, lassi, and tender coconut to avoid dehydration. Today also, I drank a tender coconut, as the climate here is very hot.

The exercise you did

I know exercise is essential to staying healthy. I don't do any kind of workout on a big level due ti the lack of time, but in the morning I go upstairs and take a short walk, meditate for five or ten minutes, and play with my son in the evenings. On holidays, I go to his sports center with my daughter and play badminton with her.

What you did to relax

I honestly feel really relaxed when posting and reading on Steemit. Apart from this, I watch TV programs from time to time. I watch videos on YouTube.

Apart from this, when I have time to relax, I spend time chatting with my neighbors, going for walks, and shopping with them, so my mind is relaxed and happy. Every morning and evening I chat with my daughter on WhatsApp, as she is in Canada, She talks a lot about the situation in Canada and the situation there, education, and my mind is very light talking with her.
I used to listen to music, I like to hear Hindi and Tamil melodies through FM, YouTube, and my collection on my computer.

The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.

I thank God that I have no permanent pain, but when I do stand up and wash the dishes and my back hurts, I just rest for a while and I don't take any medicine for it. Yesterday after I took a shower and took the clothes out of the cupboard, a metal plate of the door scratched my thigh so the wound bleeds, I did first aid for it but the pain is still there It's recovering, so I'm tolerating it and not taking medicine for it.

I also always keep a first aid kit in my house , office, and car which includes, painkiller tablets, spray, cotton, dettol, bandage tape, antiseptic cream, etc.
