Anxiety is so familiar to us that we've all either suffered through it or had friends who have. Everyone at some point has experienced the state of being anxious about something or someone, it's not a bad thing, but it becomes bad when it turns into a disorder, I.e. always being anxious over everything and nothing.
A lot of people are suffering from anxiety, yet don't know how to deal with it. Anxiety can be a vastly discouraging and tiring emotion in the world, nonetheless, there are multiple ways in which one can beat his/her nerves down until they become nothing more than mere memories. It's on this note, I introduce this topic to throw more light on this common plague of our time.
