Assalamualaikum everyone.

Welcome to my post. I hope you all are fine and good by the grace of Allah Almighty. Today, this is my participation post in week 5 contest in our Steem For Bangladesh Community. The topic for this week is "My favorite meat recipe.''Beef Achari Handi". So, let's start the discussion without any delay. Stay tuned with me.

Meat is an important food for us and is very beneficial dish for our body. It has almost all the important nutrients which our body needs. It is too rich with proteins.

At our house it is eaten with full passion. I do like it too and eat it with full appetite. In my country Pakistan, multiple dishes are made up of meat. The list of all those delicious dishes are too long. I will go with my favorite one and it is called "Beef Achari Handi".

I am too good at cooking it and I eat it with full appetite. My homies always praise my Beef Achari Handi whenever I cook it. Let me share this beautiful recipe of mine for Beef Achari Handi.

I put 2 liters of water in the pressure cooker and put meat into it. I let it cook for an hour on very low flame. Low flame is important for cooking meat, because it makes it soft. The own water of the meal comes out and it increase the taste of it. My meat was more than a half cooked. The next step is putting ingredients into it.


Step- II


I took a handi, put oil in it and added onions, chopped onions and left them till they turn red. Also cut Onions and green chilies in this step. Then add it in the bowl.

Step- III


Then I added garlic ginger paste and mixed it with onions and let it on flame for a while. it got well dissolved. I added meat to it and cooked it further. Added water in the bowl.

Step- IV


Now , add oil in the bowl. Flame was low. So I cooked it for 20 minutes. Even oil and water was seperate. And then I kid down again for cooking.

Step- V


In this step I took 250g curd and one box of pickle recepie. Then I mixed very well. Now this Achari spice with curd paste was ready. I added it in the bowl to make my meat more delecious.

Step- IV


Pour curd into a bowl, break green chillies and mix it and mix achari gosh masala in it and then put all these things in a handi and let the grabe cook in more oil so that the curd is well mixed.

Final Step


Add a pinch of green chillies to give the handi a final look Filled it with lemon curd and achari meat and put it in the handi and chopped coriander and layered it on top of the handi which made a perfect looking handi.

I love cooking. Because my mother has learned me each and everything about kitchen. It's really appreciated in our areas when a girl learns all about kitchen. There are so many recepies that I have shared on my blog.

Cooking is an art. And only artist knows the art. So it means every person can't be good chef. There are some techniques that we must learn from our mother. Then we can put taste in our dishes.
