Method of preparation: First wash the chicken meat well and keep it in a perforated container so that the water drains out. Then rub it well with a little salt and curd and marinate it for some time. Then fry in hot oil until light red. Then put the onion paste in hot oil, after it turns brown in color, add ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, when the masala is roasted, add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce and fry the masala for a while. Saute the chicken for 2/3 minutes and let it simmer for 20 minutes. At that time, you have to fry the onions for roasting. If the onions turn brown, remove the onions. After 20 minutes, add a small amount of fried onions and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve the rest of the fried onions with the Jhal masala chicken. Today's cooking is done with a little salt. And with the rain, everyone enjoyed the food.
