Hello everyone! Warm welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @ripon0630 in the Steem For Bangladesh community. The topic of this contest is How Is Labor Day Celebrated In Your Country?. So let's start without any more delay of time.

The labour day is national holiday which celebrated on 1st May in all over the world. The main objective of this day's celebration is to honor the work and contributions of labors in a society or in a country. Celebration of that day is also urges us to recognize the social and economic achievements of workers which they have made for the prosperity of a country.

If we talk about the celebrations of that day in my country so I want to tell you that in my country this day is just a simple day like others days of week. On that day all the government institutes like schools, colleges and offices and other institutes were off. The people were busy in their other activities in place of celebrating that day and honoring the efforts of labours. And the labour people like farmers, rickshaw drivers and taxi drivers were doing their duties. In the big cities like Islamabad and Karachi the held of seminars and rallies about that day were totally banned due to some security issues. And I have not seen a single rally about that day so this is a simple for me.

This is very interesting and difficult question about the wages of workers. So at current situation in my country the inflation rate is very high and it is increasing day by day. If we compare the salary of a worker with his domestic expenses then his salary is very low Infront of his domestic expenses. So according to that situation the workers in my country is not getting fair wages. So in my point they spending a dependent life due to their jobs. Because it becomes very difficult to manage a small amount of money in so many needs. A workers have to do a lot of things with his salary like he has to fulfill his domestic needs, pay electricity bills, gas bills and pay the fees of his children. So in that situation it becomes very difficult for any worker to manage his salary. Due to this they spend a hand to mouth life.

Currently I'm about 19. And honestly speaking during that interval of my life I have never attend any event regarding labor day. This is because no any event organized about labor in my city. But usually that type of events organized in the big cities and the capital city of Pakistan Islamabad.

Now a days people are socialized and they do everything on social media and sitting their homes. People jus simply put status about labor day on their different social media accounts such as what's app, Facebook and Instagram. That thing they do and no one try to organize any event of labor day. According to me That is not a good thing. We should appreciate every effort of our workers which they made for us and our country.

For honoring the contributions of workers we can do a lot of things. In my point of view the following things we can do for appreciating the contributions of workers in a community.

• As I'm living in a village there most people are farmers and the farming and agriculture is the source of their income. And it is no doubt that the farmers are also the workers. Mostly the children of farmers remain uneducated. So government should take serious to educate the children of farmers.

• People and government should organized events and seminars and show the appreciate the hard work of workers at an international level.

• We should always Honor the efforts and work of our workers.

• People and government also provide some type of social and economic support to the workers when they are in a difficult time.

• We should provide more and more opportunities for educating the people of workers.

Actually workers are most important persons of a society and a country also because they holds the roots of a country's success. We should always behave them nicely and pay their salaries at time and always appreciate their efforts. So friends that was my entry about that topic.I hope that you will like it.
