Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 10 Week 1 in the Steem For Bangladesh community. The topic of this challenge is "What one thing would you want to delete from the Earth?. So let's start without any more delay of time.
Overall Allah Almighty has made nothing useless in this world it is totally perfect. But there are some things which are created by the people are very hazardous for them and for the whole society. That kind of things has many negative impacts on the society. The Hypocrisy is one of them. Yes I consider hypocrisy is very bad thing so I want that thing should have been deleted from this world.

Let's talk about hypocrisy, The act of Claiming one thing and doing opposite to that thing is called hypocrisy. Actually hypocrisy is a social evil which is increasing day by day among the people. And it has become a very serious issue. According to me when someone's claims that they are in love with you and at the time of proving their love they left us. Besides this we can see many people like our friends around us they claim that they are with you but at the time their need they escape.
The absence of hypocrisy has so many positive impacts in several ways. Let's talk about them.
- The hypocrisy promotes mistrust and dishonesty in the society and weakens the social relationships between the people. When the hypocrisy eliminate from the society then people can start working according to their agreements and can trust one another easily so it will promote a healthy society and strengthen the social relationship between the people.
The Hypocrisy kills the ethical behavior and promotes the double standards among the families which causes the separation of families. So in the absence of hypocrisy everyone should be answerable of his actions. That thing promotes justice among the people and create a sense of taking responsibility of their actions.
The absence of hypocrisy also promotes one's personal growth. People will become well aware of giving respect to one's personal perspectives. And that thing will be very good for other people in a society.
Well! When we talk about the substitute of hypocrisy that is integrity. Yes I think in integrity has the power of resist all the subsequent devastation. When the people make integrity their first priority then it can bring so many positive outcomes in the society and among the people. Having consistency in believes and actions is called integrity. By applying and substantiating the integrity with hypocrisy we can easily eliminate the hypocrisy from the world. Remember that elimination of hypocrisy is required a collective effort so everyone should take an active part for the elimination of hypocrisy.
