Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you All? I hope that you will be doing well. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 10 Week 3 in the Steem For Bangladesh community. The topic of this challenge is "Teamwork makes the Dream Work". So let's start without any more delay of time.
The "Teamwork makes the Dream" is a common phrase which shows the importance of doing work together and achieve a certain goal with the help collective efforts of the individuals. It also shows that when the people are working together as a team using their skills, education and efforts then they have a proper ability to achieve their specific goals and fullfil their objectives.
This phrase also shows us the collective efforts and energy which generated through the team work can play vital role in getting more success and achieving greater rewards. This phrase also shows us that when the people work together, shared their values and then their efforts are multiplied, in this condition their is more chances of achieving their going in no time. We can see the examples of team work around us like in sports, in workshops and any of certain platform like Steemit.
As we can see a lot of examples of work which are based on team work. I also involved in them many times. If we talk about the online teamwork then it is on Steemit. Yes Steemit is a totally team worked based platform. We can see the of (curators 3-9) of Steem curate the posts of users in form of a team. They are arranged in teams such as team 4, team 2 etc. We can also see in different communities in Steemit have 4-5 moderators and almost 2 admins of one community. They also work in the form of team.
On the other hand if we talk about the offline Teamwork based experience it is in the cricket ground. Yes I'm a great lover of cricketer and also play cricket in the field. As we know that the team of cricket is composed of 11 players and a team wins matches due to the collective efforts of the team. The Single player can't play a match. If a team loses they can't blame only one player And when one team loses it's the entire team's fault. And when a team wins it is the result of the collective efforts of the entire team who later celebrate their victory together. So that was my offline experience about team work.
When a person works together with a few people, he may face many difficulties. So let's discuss about them.
1.Trust Issues: The trust is very important part when you are working as a team. When team members don't trust each other, it can create mistrust that can hinder their work. It can also uncooperative environment.
2.Leadership Problem: As we all know that the leader is the most important person in a team. Because he has to lead the team forward. When a leader is unable to effectively guide his team towards a common goal and motivate them to do their work accordingly then they may remain unsuccessful in their goals.
3.Disagreement: As we all know that everyone has his own point of view and perspectives about the different things. And when working as a team, when every member of the team doesn't agree on one point then their can face difficulties in achieving their goals.
Yes it is possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in a team work than individually. As we all know that in a team work more than one people engaged and everyone has his own perspectives about anything. Sometimes it happens that we don't understand a single point and we get stuck on it which wastes time. And when we work as a team, there are many people in our team And it may be that some of them understand this point better than us do and can solve it in a few minutes thus they can solve our problem.
It is also true that there is some work that one person can do in a few months or days so if the same work they do it as a team it can be completed in a few hours or in few days. I have also seen so many people around me who always prefer team work and they are more successful in their lives. According to me unity, faith and discipline is the key of success. That is why we should always complete our tasks in the form of teams so we may achieve more success in our lives.
