Drawing: Mother and child

How are you all, my friends in the "Steem for Bangladesh" community? I hope you all are well and safe by the grace of Allah. I am not so well because of fever and excessive heat.

Today I am going to share my sketch of "Mother and Child" with you.

I will present it step by step. I hope you can understand how I have drawn it. Let’s start it...

Drawing Supplies:

To draw this sketch I have used,

Sketch paper,
Pencil (HB, 2B, 6B Pencils),
Eraser,
Sharpener.

Drawing Steps:

Step 1

To draw a sketch of “Mother and child”, I started my drawing with a mother (backside, from head to shoulder) wearing a scarf.

Step 2

Then, I drew the edge of the scarf that came down over Mom's shoulder.

Step 3

In this step, I drew a baby's head in a position with its head resting on its mother's shoulder.

Step 4

In this step, I have drawn the child's hair, eyes, eyebrows, nose, ear, and lips.

Step 5

After drawing baby's appearance properly, in this step, I have shaded some parts of it’s face with 2B pencil.

Step 6

In this step, I have shaded mothers scrafs with 2B and 6B pencil.

Step 7

Finally, I have shaded some parts of the drawing and drawn all curves and lines in bold again with 6B pencil so that each part becomes more visible. And, after completing my drawing, I have signed my name.
