Now I am going to share my opinion according to the questions on this topic with you.

✅ What does the phrase "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" mean to you?

"Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" is a much-used phrase. Teamwork means the coordinated and strategic efforts of members of an organization or team to achieve a desired goal. It is applied when a number of individuals are united as a group or organization to work toward a common goal based on a common ideal.

Here, the work, responsibilities, and duties of each member are complementary to each other. Hence, several benefits are acquired from teamwork in achieving the dream job, such as:

(1) Collective effort: We know the saying "unity is strength" well. Working together makes it easier to maintain communication and continue collaboration. Therefore, each team becomes stronger in its creativity and performance.

(2) Balanced Workload: In team performance, the duties and responsibilities of each member are well defined. As a result, it helps the members work under balanced pressure.

(3) Ease of Management: Since teams are a part of organizations, every managerial step like planning, organizing, directing, staffing, motivating, coordinating, and controlling can be easily implemented by a joint effort.

(4) Timely work: Any work can be done successfully on time if it can be done jointly based on a good plan agreed upon by all. So, teamwork is the best way to complete the work with success and smarts.

(5) Flexibility: Success is easier if any step in team performance follows the principle of flexibility. This can be done mainly by sharing ideas with each other or making some alternative plans. That helps to build resilience, or the ability to adjust or adapt to any adverse situation.

(6) Risk minimization: Risk minimization becomes easiest in teamwork through the distribution of authority and responsibility.

(7) Productivity maximization: Through teamwork, the creativity and cooperation of many people, are easy to achieve under good communication and organizational structure, it helps to maintain a good management function. These gradually reduce risk and maximize productivity. Hence, this makes it easier to achieve the goal successfully.

✅Do you have experience being involved in team-based work? Feel free to share your online and offline teamwork experiences.

From childhood, every individual is trained indirectly to do teamwork as a member of a family to fulfill his responsibilities towards it. That is essentially an offline experience.
In addition, in each person's academic life, which starts from school to university, he gains a lot of experience working in a team. For example,

(1) To complete study tasks, such as: to complete assignments, project work, workshops, etc.

(2) To undertake any extracurricular activities, such as: to do debates, scouts, displays, group games, group recitations, play-acting, chorus singing, group dancing, etc.

Since my academic life began, I have participated in many study groups and extracurricular activities and gained much experience. In this case, it is highly desirable to take care of any members' problems and to adopt a cooperative attitude when necessary.

In performing an online job, I don't have much experience with online teamwork.

✅ What obstacles did you face in working as a team?

The main obstacle to teamwork is the formation of sub-teams within a main team based on many criteria, such as:

  1. differences in rank;
  2. getting favorability through proximity or nepotism;
  3. misunderstanding;
  4. disagreement;
  5. pre-post inclusion of members etc.

In such a situation, not all members of the main team show the same willingness to work together. Then the power of teamwork is weakened. Sub-team members avoid other team members and general members. So united work cannot be achieved easily.
This is a common problem in all kinds of team activities. Like others, I also have some experience facing such problems in various fields.

✅ Is it possible that a person can achieve more by engaging in teamwork than individually? explain.

Well, teamwork and individual work are completely different based on application (when and where it is needed).
There are many sectors or jobs where teamwork is optional or prohibited. There, you can only practice your skills with others but not do your work with their help. For example,

In the exam hall, one has to do individual work; otherwise, it will be unfair or cheating. So, here, practicing the skill with others or individually is anyone's choice, or it depends on getting such an opportunity.
Apart from teamwork, there are many talented people who have succeeded in achieving their goals with their talents, which we see all over the world.

On the other hand, when a task has to be done as a member of a team or organization, there is no alternative to achieving the desired success without teamwork. Because a team or organization is an integrated structure of people engaged in different responsibilities and activities. Here, completing each task depends on integrated performance. Since organization is not a field of individual work, there is no substitute for teamwork in this case.
