Today, I want to share my entry for S10W3 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge in Bangladesh Community.
This week's topic is an interesting one because it will expand our knowledge about teamwork which makes the dream work.
Teamwork is a combined efforts put together by group of individuals in achieving a goal or in order to complete a task. Carrying out a task in group makes it more easier for everyone and it also makes the work load less.
This also gives motivation to everyone in the team by promoting positive work environment and in turn makes it simple to get a better result.
Teamwork makes the task easy to complete and also expands the profession in the skill and idea used/ applied.

Using the contest tips as guideline, I will share what teamwork makes the dream work mean to me, my experience on offline teamwork, the obstacles I faced during teamwork and the result of teamwork.

The above phrase simply means that with teamwork a person can focus and can easily achieve his / her goals by working in group. Teamwork makes it easy to get positive results. It also motivates/ encourages the individuals in the team to work with positive mindset and also enjoy productivity in each work carried out. Teamwork also makes everyone successful together instead of working just as an individual.

Teamwork require more than a person to carry out a particular task. One of my experience in offline teamwork was during my school project.
We were five in a group and different topics were distributed to each person but our supervisor asked us to work in team during sample collection. Everyone agreed, we all went to an estuary to collect water and mud sample but had a little misunderstanding when we were about to take records of physical and chemical parameters like; the salinity, turbidity and pH.
Most people in the group were so lazy and hard to work with. We had a lot of arguments before the 7th day of taking the records.
Although, everything ended well. We decided to understand one another, put ideas together and achieve the common goals which brought us all together. After a week, we got the general result and moved to the next work which was the individual practicals.
The Obstacles Faced Were;
- Misunderstanding
- Confusion (different ideas from others)
- Discouragement from lazy teammates
- Poor communication
- Criticism
It is very much possible that a person can achieve more by taking part in teamwork than individual work.
The following benefits comes when we engage in teamwork;
Less stress, personal growth, less fear to take risks, more of creativity are needed, less confusion when taking a step, feeling safe while communicating, more fun, problem solving, motivation, encouragement and most importantly achieving positive results.
Teamwork makes the team/ group to easily overcome obstacles which would have sometimes slow down an individual work.
In conclusion, teamwork makes the impossibilities possible.
